“minted objects for conspicuous consumption and speculation” is an experiment in silhouette and printing that utilizes vintage and thrifted garments to create unique 1/1 art pieces.

MINTED SUPPLY sells art in garment form, and issue 002 represents an experimental chapter in the evolution of our process. The pieces feature unconventional print applications on deadstock, vintage, and thrifted pieces, with each providing commentary on consumerism and the fashion industry through its unique combination of prints, materials, and silhouette.

This collection is also, in part, an homage to Gallery Dept and OFF WHITE. Both began by printing on vintage and uncommon garments. I seek to take their concept a step further, layering my prints in unique ways which tell stories of their own.
